What is "G.R.E.A.T"?
The G.R.E.A.T Program is built around classroom curriculum instructed by a certified criminal justice professionals. With prevention as its primary objective, the Program is intended as an immunization against delinquency, youth violence, and gang membership. The G.R.E.A.T lessons focus on providing life skills to students to help them avoid delinquent behavior and violence to solve problems. G.R.E.A.T offers a continuum of components for students and their families.

Elementary School Components:
Officers provide a six-lesson program to fourth grade students. The goal of the G.R.E.A.T elementary curriculum is to prevent violence while developing a positive bond between law enforcement and youth.

El programa G.R.E.A.T es un programa instruido por profesionales utilizando el curriculum de la clase para añadir entrenamiento por un total de 6 semanas o 13 lecciones a los estudiantes de 4to grado empezando el 9/12/18. Las lecciones se enfocan en proveer habilidades este programa capacita a los estudiantes a desarrollar habilidades para la vida G.R.E.A.T ayuda a los estudiantes a evitar conductas destructivas y a establecer metas personales que pueden alcanzar.
