Parents and Guardians:

Recently you received communications from the District with a link to an electronic form asking you to make decisions regarding future learning programs.  Although our Board has decided to begin the 2020-21 school year with Distance Learning, we hope to transition to a different learning model later in the year. The answers to this survey will help us plan accordingly.

None of us know what the future might bring, but our goal is to gather information now to ease the transition for each student as we move to different learning models.  For example, we would like to pair students who wish to remain in Distance Learning the entire school year with teachers who want to do the same. 

We realize that circumstances may change that influence your decision. However, to minimize disruption in scheduling for your child, we need you to make a decision based on your opinion at this time. It is vital that students feel a sense of connection to their teachers, so consistency will be crucial to maintaining this connection. Please use the links below to complete the for each student by July 22, 2020.
